District of Lunenburg Find your collection day by looking at the collection route map in the middle of the calendar. Half of the District's communities are collected during shaded weeks while the other half are collected on non-shaded weeks (two week cycle, each day is a different collection route). Recyclables, paper/cardboard, organics and garbage and two bulky landfill items are collected on the same day. One truck collects recyclable containers (blue bags), paper and cardboard and another truck collects garbage, green carts and bulky landfill items. Wood and metal items are collected during a special collection every fall, not bi-weekly. Collection starts at 7:00 am. |

Town of Bridgewater Find your collection day on the ToB waste collection route map included with the calendar. Alternating Blue and Green Week collections take place on your collection day shown on the map. Blue week collection includes recyclables, paper and cardboard. Town of Mahone Bay The entire Town of Mahone Bay receives collection on Wednesdays, with alternating Blue and Green Week collections. Blue week collection includes recyclables, paper and cardboard.
