What Goes In: What goes in the blue bag (plastic, metal and glass items).
Green Cart Guide: What goes in your green cart.
Household Hazardous Waste Guide: Idenitifies hazardous items and gives you information about where to take those items for safe disposal.

Safe Sharps Disposal Program: Pharmacy Association of NS website.
Garbage must be placed in clear, colourless bags for curbside collection, with the exception of one non-transparent bag per household/business, each garbage collection.

Borrow Sorting Bins for your public or private event free of charge, call in advance (902) 543-2991. Bins have waste sorting signs. Two sizes are available, 240L size (pictured) and collapsible wire bins.
